"Superb stay. Not only was the resort itself fantastic, with an incredible private beach and a perfect mountain backdrop, but the service was exceptional too. When we had a small issue with our original room, the reception team were brilliant about resolving it speedily. "Mercure is so close to everthing beach, shopping, restaurants, massages places etc The staff are so friendly and always smiling The pool is so big and there is a children’s section of the pool too Plenty of lounges around the pool too My room was super clean and it had toothbrushes and earbuds, shampoo, conditioner and body wash The air finder was spot on and the the air water pressure was amazing The room was cleaned daily but not until the afternoon and I would have to call house keeping to get them to come Other than that it was perfect I was a solo traveller and felt very safe "

"This place is absolutely beautiful! The staff are super friendly and professional! The buffet breakfast was delicious! The bed is the most comfortable bed I had in Malaysia (and I stayed at 8 different places) The sound proofing from outside/ street noise was perfect 👌 Parking is very close to the front door. It's only a 5 minute drive to the busy Cenang beach. Highly recommend this place!!"
