"The staff were very helpful. Within a few minutes of our arrival, housekeeping came to the room to push the 2 twin beds together and get the linens sorted. The breakfast room staff were very accomodating of our little dog. My only complaint, echoed by many others, is that this is a very old hotel and it shows. The room was basic and the hotel was actually quiet but the building could use some refreshing. We left one day early."

We did have a not so pleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain but didn’t make a big deal as it was clear the hotel was aware of it as they had an air freshener in the corner. The breakfast staff were very friendly. Highly recommend the gelato place attached to the hotel! Definitely the best! Would recommend this hotel."
