Lovely close in water views from the front building or third floor of the back building. Exceeds the standards for small Euro boutique hotel. Nice pool with great outlook and lots of sun. Helpful friendly staff and very nice rooms. Michelin restaurant on site with great food and wine list. Sea wall and nice beaches are close by. You will need a car, bus or Uber to get to Pula old town.

Food was fabulous (small menu) and staff were super friendly and helpful. We used public bus to and from Pula. Bed was excellent and the air conditioning was perfect for a great night’s sleep. The small pool was never busy and we always got sunbeds. We found it very peaceful and quiet.

Incredible stay. We stayed for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon journey throughout Croatia. We were kindly upgraded to the "Fuoco 1" apartment and it was superb, immaculately clean, spacious with fantastic views of the marina from the private balcony. The staff were so friendly and helpful when my wife required some medical attention for her infected insect bite they signposted us to the tourist hospital. We dined at the on-site restaurant twice because the quality of food was so good and was reasonably priced. Aperol spritz only 8€ as an example. Highly reccomended and we hope to visit again in future anniversaries.

Our room was immaculately clean, well equipped and comfortable. The Staff are very polite and accommodating, at breakfast they will replace items or provide options as per your request. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing, we spent many hours relaxing or reading by the pool, with towels provided. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Pula and Istria areas, you can walk to beaches within 10 minutes, and drive to all main destinations easily. It's a beautiful place and we'd visit again if staying in Pula. We extended our stay by three nights, and they kept us in the same room even when the price was increased, for that we extremely grateful and more than happy to recommend to others.

Das Frühstück ist etwas ausbaufähig, weshalb es einen Stern Abzug gibt. Der Rest war wirklich top. Besonders die Zuzahlung für den Balkon hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt

Excellent location, right on the edge of the marina Waterfront apartment had a very spacious terrace and direct access to the pool via a small gate Apartment was large with separate bedroom from the main living area and a well appointed bathroom Ample wardrobe and storage space Coffee machine and kettle provided - with some very nice cups to drink from Small, but adequate fridge for wine and water - quality glassware

The room was beautiful and huge! We got a private terrace with lounge chairs and patio furniture. The pool was very small but good for a quick dip just to cool off. The included breakfast was lovely (use the little black espresso machine not the nespresso, it’s much yummier). There is a restaurant in the resort and the food is good, but expensive. The staff was lovely, the young man at the front desk offered to carry our luggage to our room for us.

Belle hôtel, personnel très sympathique. On fut accueillit par Maya (Sans doute qu'elle ne l'écrit pas comme ça), super service. Si vous voyagez avec des enfants, la chambre familiale est parfaite. Par contre, c'est particulier 4 adultes dans cette chambre car ce sont des portes en vitre givrée qui ferme la toilette. Ça manque un peu d'intimité pour la salle de bain.

The staff was amazing! They were kind, genuinely friendly, and offered quality recommendations for sightseeing. The breakfast was fantastic and well worth the extra to enfold it into our reservations. Even in winter, this was a wonderful stay!

El personal, de 10, inmejorable: siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. Nos alojamos en un apartamento de dos dormitorios porque nos hicieron un upgrade, enorme, pero le falta algo de mantenimiento, pequeños detalles como la alcachofa de la ducha. La cama muy cómoda. Impresionantes vistas. La piscina cómoda y amplia. El desayuno se queda muy corto, tienen mucho área de mejora. Aparcamiento gratis en el hotel. La playa a 5’ caminando.

Amazing and quiet hotel, always space by the lovely, clean pool. Music a bit loud but only for part of the day with a pool bar. Great views of marina and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Clean and comfy beds with excellent much-needed air con! Really friendly and helpful staff, we arrived after reception closed due to delayed flight and had trouble locating room, but restaurant staff were really great and helped us! Also looked after our luggage so we could enjoy the morning before flight home. Breakfast had a variety of things, fresher earlier on but still tasty. Quite hot at most tables though as no blinds for view of marina. Nearby you can walk to beaches, beach bars, cafes, restaurants and snack bar over the road. Plus the amazing Aquarium!
