Few minor downsides that are annoying for such a new, high end hotel, for example: - plastic water bottles everywhere (gym, spa, room); - weird LED lights in the room (aircon etc) impossible to switch off so none of the ‘pitch black’ I love from hotels; - we checked out two days early due to a home emergency, and whilst we don’t expect any refund, when this has happened in the past, the hotel we stayed at had given us...

We were really tired so Nick managed to check us in no time and while doing it he explained about all hotel facilities, the things to do in the area in detail, literally everything that we wanted to know.
