Property is beautiful. Getting a little outdated but does not take away from the convenience of being close to Palma and yet very quiet and great old Castillo with gorgeous views!! And on the golf course ⛳️

Excellent hotel and facilities. The taxi situation was not comfortable at all and rather off-putting. Hotel staff on the whole super super kind and solutions focused. Yet yesterday, I was told to "tranquilo" by a staff member by the pool which I was shocked by. Other than that the rooms were clean, big and comfortable yet the lights were not working easily and the Air Conditioning Unit is not as user friendly. The food options by the pool could use some work - as it took to long to order, and was never approached once by a waiter or hotel staff.

Beautiful location and views. The grounds were lovely. Food and service was outstanding at the dining room and we’ll as breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. Fresh squeezed orange juice every day was amazing. Great stay all around!

Getting a coffee, water or orange juice at Breakfast didn‘t work at all. 2 days we waited 20 minutes for a coffee. So the Service at Breakfast needs massive improvement. In our room 843 the shower was broken and the SPA for the size of the Hotel was by gar too small ( only 4 daybeds in the quiet Zone)
