"We actually stayed at the Palazzo Flora as the original room had a plumbing problem just before we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative both in advance and during our stay. The alternative room was magical, classy and located in the old semi-island part of Gallipoli. Breakfast was great too. Overall a wonderful experience with great staff. "

"The listing doesn’t make it clear but this is a private room in a shared apartment with shared bathroom facility. It wasn’t a problem for me but it was a surprise, especially at this price.
