"The hotel is situated off the beaten track and it was very peaceful there, which is just what we were looking for. The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable, we also had a patio with a lovely double sun lounger. The bathroom was fantastic with a very spacious shower. The light fittings were stunning. The staff were friendly and attentive and we felt well looked after. The food was excellent at both breakfast and supper. The bar served great mocktails. "The room was large and very clean. The staff was excellent and the breakfast very good. It is easy walking distance from the train station and 15 min from the old town. "

"Stayed in the “Romantic” room. Clean room but no TV. Not an issue but noting for others who might prioritize a TV. Bar that operates late into night is directly below room but noise was minimized by door/windows. Can easily hear staff talking loudly in the office below the room in the morning, which was a little disruptive. "
