"Absolutely excellent services and staff. Beach views are amazing. Blaze was out favorite spot for dinner so as Italian. We liked the pool next to Tortuga bar . Rafael and Israel were the best at that area. Fast and excellent services ! Israel was supper attentive and friendly. I would recommend Hyatt Ziva to everyone if you want to experience amazing resort. Room was always clean and fresh ! :) we will be back !"

"My stay at Sunset Beach was absolutely wonderful! I had a supreme deluxe double room on the 14th floor with the most beautiful view. And it was in their new tower which I loved. I had the all-inclusive package and the service was phenomenal. I even got a sparkling champagne with my room and stocked mini bar. It was rare that I had to ask for anything because the staff was on it! Special shoutout to Ruben who helped me with a birthday surprise for one of my friends. I was really grateful for him. Miguel was great too. And there was a server who worked in both restaurants during the day and night as well as with room service who was wonderful too. It was a nice clean space where I felt super safe. And it was really close to downtown. I would definitely recommend this resort! "

"Excellent experience, very accommodating staff. One day the main pool was closed due to weather and they moved the bar, food, umbrellas and music to the other pool, it was very cool! Room air conditioning didn’t work great but food, service and amenities were awesome!"
