"My husband and I have been coming to the Los Arcos for many years. It is in a great location and is right on the beach. However this time the service was not up to par. The maid never came once to our room despite having put out” please clean the room” on the door.there was also something wrong with the AC. The room was cool enough but the vents were plugged with black mold. The managers need to give matinance and upkeep. We had a Premium room on the updated side of the hotel. We have stayed in these rooms for several years and have always had excellent service. Also there was no hot water. I wish I had more nice things to say because I really love the hotel. However it needs some maintenance to be considered a 5 star hotel."
