"We had an absolutely wonderful time at Melia. Every detail was taken care of, and the welcoming atmosphere made our trip truly memorable. Alberto at Guest Services was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Mole Taco restaurant has the best food and so many friendly staff. Efren, Jose Marcelo and Juan are truly amazing and treated us with great smiles and excellent service. We will definitely go back to Melia."

"The staff was fantastic. Special thanks to Manuel, Perla, Bris, Leslie, Angelica. I was really happy with the location, very close to the beach and short walk to shops, excellent restaurants and the Malecon. The pool was a nice cooling retreat with poolside service. I hope I have an opportunity to stay here again."

"Beautiful!!! My husband and I stayed for our anniversary trip. This hotel was beautiful, the staff were amazing , so friendly and helpful. Property was always well maintained daily. Pools were super clean and fresh."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great beds and a beautiful view of the ocean and hotel grounds. It had everything we needed, including a minibar, iron, and hairdryer. We really enjoyed the food as well. The buffet offered a great variety, and during the day we could enjoy the cevichería and bar. In the evening, there were three restaurants to choose from, as well as the buffet. We also loved the live music at the bar in the evenings. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt very safe and comfortable both at the resort and while exploring Puerto Vallarta. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back!"
