"Loved the hotel, was not happy about not getting beds around the pool has people would go down early to put the towels on.Then went back later.The next think was the stairs going down wasvfine but goig up all them stairs is a nightmare. Its ashame you can get a taxi but its not the point."
"A wonderful experience in Gran Canaria with this outstanding hotel – Gloria Royal Palace Hotel & Spa. Receptions are very nice and helpful. Breakfast Buffet with many different choices of food and drinks. I highly recommend the OMELETTE which is prepared on-site by the chef. Yummy!! Guests staying in the hotel would prefer the outdoor pool. Therefore, the hydromassage station is not crowded. Convenient location, it takes only 6 mins drive to Mogan Mall. Excellent hotel, not to be missed."
"Staff were polite and efficient, they gave us a bottle of champagne on arrival for our honeymoon! Such a peaceful property, no sunbed wars, pool mostly to ourselves most days! The apartment was clean and well equipped. "
"Felt safe and secure, nice smaller place so not too busy. All u needed for a great stay, complimentry drinks coffee ect. Cleaning stuff provided and plenty toilet rolls. Wifi strong and free. Felt really comfortable . Beds comfy

If I had to have negatives it would be not many UK TV channels or Netflix/prime option and couldn't mirror from tablet to the TVs but I managed to catch my TV faves. Noisy neighbours but that's not palm suits fault . Would have preferred white towels.
Non of the above would stop me returning. Prefer the smaller accomodation to big hotels and this one is definitely worth a return visit. 😁👍"

Location is amazing for sea views and vehicle access to the island . Within easy walking distance of 2 really good beaches which are served by numerous cafes and various water sports "
