"From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Tony and Ann were amazing and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Breakfast was served at the exact time I requested, and it was absolutely delicious — lovingly prepared by the family who owns the hotel. One detail I really appreciated was that each room door had a family member’s name on it, which gave the place such a warm and personal touch. They also had convenient parking available for my rental car, making it easy to come and go without any hassle. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It’s conveniently located near everything, including the airport, which made it the perfect place to relax and get the rest I needed after an incredible trip. "

"Staff was super friendly and helpful at check-in, check-out, and after we left our luggage there all day, they were very helpful as well. Breakfast was varied - having fried eggs was nice. Room was decorated fairly well and was very large. It was nice to have a shuttle to the airport. Shower pressure and temperature were very good. Primary complaint was air conditioning did not cool the room enough. It never got very cool."

"Property is great and pool is amazing! It’s about an hour and a half outside of Puerto Princessa, but we enjoyed that. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our biggest complaint is the service at the restaurant. It takes forever to order and get your food. For example, it was not unusual for us to wait 30-40 mins to get our drinks and then another hour to get food. Because there are no other options on the property, you have to wait. We ended up eating at the resort next door and it was absolutely amazing service and food. Also, we were assured all the water is purified, however, my whole family got sick from drinking the water they provide in their glass refillable bottles. I am not convinced the water was purified enough for our North America stomachs to handle. Overall, I would say the resort is lovely and the staff are helpful. They just need to improve on the restaurant service and I would suggest working on their purification system if they aren’t going to provide sealed bottled water to guests."

"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! We were a group of 14 guests, and everything exceeded our expectations—from the food to the venue and especially the private dinner experience. Special thanks to Operations Manager Jobeth, Banquet Captain Alvin, F&B Manager Armie, Wendell (Audio Visual Technician), Catherine, and Marinelle (HTU OJT). The entire team was consistently helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and definitely worth every penny!"
