"I book through expedia and in their listing, it says breakfast included. When I arrived and checked in, they indicated that there was extra charge for breakfast. I showed them the expedia listing and they said that management will make the final decision. At first, they were hesitant to give me the breakfast so I was a bit worried that they won't. The next day (Sunday) I visited the front desk and was told that management was not coming in. I talked to front desk lady and told her the situation and she approved the breakfast right on the spot. I was relieved. Thank you!!"
