"Perfect for our two night break. Fabulous view from our bungalow facing the sea. Watching the sun rise We had the best time. Our check in was very disappointing though as the man we found to be very rude. Nowhere to buy water at 1am on arrival and he said everything is closed including the bar. No water in the room. It was only on check out day I heard a man ask for water that they happily give bottles of water. Then we walked to find the bungalows and the key didn’t work. We went back to reception which was quite a walk at 1 am and no apology However all other staff on reception after were wonderful. It didn’t ruin our stay but could see how first impressions can."

"The staff were excellent, friendly and professional and very helpful. A real credit to the hotel. The pool areas are great, we spent a lot of time here and there were plenty of sunloungers and it was peaceful and relaxed. The beach is a 2 minute walk down the hill and is fantastic. A quiet cove that we swam in every day, with a beach bar that gives it a bit of a vibe too. The beach is a big selling point and if you want a relaxed and exclusive feel then this is well worth a look. The rooms are slightly small. We definitely would have preferred more space. There's no gym/fitness center at the hotel. We booked it expecting there to be but assume it is being refurbed. Breakfast is really good with a wide selection and omelettes cooked fresh. It is around a 15 minute walk to Portals Nous with upscale places to eat in the marina, and more affordable in the town center. Over all a really nice stay and we would recommend the hotel."
