"We loved that hotel ! Everything was very nice "

"The staff were all very friendly and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We paid a lot of money for an upgraded room and though we loved the room, the cleaning service only came once while we were there (we did have a privacy please for 3 of the 7 days). We were probably the most disappointed with the wifi access. The service was spotty and we were only allowed to connect two devices during the stay despite having purchased the trip for 4 people. I couldn't even update my kindle unless I paid 25 usd for 24hrs of access. And then on the last day - they cut off our wifi as soon as we checked out even though we had the rest of the day before our flight. the food was incredible - something for everyone! Only issue was that we couldn't always find which restaurant was serving the buffet :). but we found it an it was amazing! The evening entertainment was very good - and very enjoyable for all audiences! OH - about the beach - they have some barriers in place to help break up the waves... but we missed the waves and being able to swim in the ocean - something my kids were really looking forward to! "

"This property was chosen to accommodate our teenage boys. It was a success in that aspect. This resort has all of the extras, but the beach leaves a little to be desired (we knew this going in). The pools were very clean and had daily entertainment. "

"We had a great time, the amenities and the quality of food and drinks was top notch, including healthy options. The staff, especially Jose (Guest services), Antonio and Luis at the Casa del Mar restaurant, Juan at the front desk, were extremely helpful and took good care of us. The bowling alley and the silent disco were the highlights of our stay. The only downside is that the beach is full of brown seaweed. "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We wanted a resort on the ocean but you had to make an effort to spend time at the parts of the resort where the ocean was visible. The beach in front of the resort was not great, and this general Puerto Morelos area is not great for folks who love spending time at the beach. It was nice being able to go between the 3 resorts, all with their own theme and restaurants. If we went back to this same resort in the future, we’d probably stay at Ventus Ha instead since being nearer the ocean wasn’t an actual plus. We also liked 2 restaurants at Ha best out of the entire group of resorts. They were accommodating to food allergies. Buffets were not the greatest but we found the items we liked best. Be sure to make dinner reservations asap. The pools were very clean and waiters consistently walked around taking drink orders. Staff stopped by the room daily to drop off bottled water, soda, beer, wine, and champs. The adults never ordered room service but it was available 24:7. Souvenir stores on the resort were reasonably priced. This was our first time to Mexico, and wish we would have known about the tip culture. It is extremely customary to tip during most interactions with staff, so next time we’ll plan on having a lot more smaller bills with us. It was a nice trip and service and accommodations were reasonable considering the reservation price point. We wish there was more entertainment into the late night that didn’t conflict with late dinners."

"It’s the second time we stay at this location and its renovation definitely made it prettier and better. They definitely have some of the friendliest staff we’ve encountered at any of our travels: special mention to Pascual at the morning buffet and Abishair at the pool area. Everything is close by, yet very private at the same time, and there’s always enough space to wind down or have a rowdy time for everyone. Can’t wait to go back to this location."
