"I highly recommend this hotel my stay was excellent. Everything was very well organized, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive especially Lupita, Cesar, Gabriela, and Tony (the bellhop). The food was delicious, and they were always helpful the room was cleaned and restocked daily It was everything we needed for a perfect stay, They take care your children while you enjoy yourself on the kids clubs and they keeping you updated on how the kids are doing by sending photos to your WhatsApp I’ll be back soon, keep up the great work, everyone! Thanks for everything."

"Everything was good, I like the idea that they provide bike tour to Puerto Morelos. At the time of visit the ocean is not available due to seaweed. However they maintain the cleanliness of the swimming pool to enjoy the stay in their resort."
