"Everything is amazing, Pool, swim up bar, food and staff was extraordinary. Only think I was disappointed about was the size of the beach. It’s not a great one. Need to travel outside the resort for better access and amenities "

"We overall had a great stay at Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya and would especially recommend it for families with kids. The resort is on the smaller side, but it’s very well designed and has everything you need. It never felt boring — there are plenty of activities, and the kids facilities are truly excellent. This is one of the most kid-friendly resorts we’ve experienced. The staff was also a highlight. Everyone, from the front desk to the servers, was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We always felt taken care of, and the resort overall is very well run. That said, there are a few areas that need improvement: Food & drinks: While food was generally fresh, the buffet lacked variety and became repetitive. Fruit selection was limited, and some items (like avocados) were only available at certain times. The juices were particularly disappointing — they tasted artificial with a strong aftertaste and were not enjoyable. Alcohol: Drinks were very diluted, even when ordering top-shelf, which was frustrating. Housekeeping: This needs attention. We noticed practices that did not feel sanitary (e.g., same towel used in multiple areas, pillows placed on the floor without changing pillowcases). Beach: There was a significant amount of seaweed during our stay, and cleanup efforts were minimal compared to neighboring resorts, so we weren’t able to enjoy the ocean. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, and for the price, the resort offers good value — especially for families."

"THERE IS NO SWIMMABLE BEACH!!! Expedia failed to mention this! I spent well over $1200 going outside our resort to beach clubs!!! "

"Pool hair reservations were hard to get. You have to be up and at the pool before 6am to reserve a good spot for chairs. Spring break was busier than anticipated. It made the hotel feel congested. Reserving di ner reservations on the app was very difficult. We only got a few decent times, and the teppanyaki we never had a chance. It was booked the second the reservations opened. Liked the offerings, food and service, but the amount of people made it feel too busy where a larger resort may have been better."

"Beach is a no go, but the resort is nice. All the restaurants are fully booked for evening dinners before you even check in. The buffet is pretty good though. "
