Everything was convenient and service was great. Ivan at the Mexican restaurant and Hever and Jose at the buffet were all so friendly and exceeded our expectations with their service and hospitality. "This was our first time at a Dreams hotel and we were very happy. They have different varieties of food every day and multiple options each night. The staff were very friendly. A big shout out to our servers Marco and Javier. Also Victoria from the preferred and Mayra our housekeeper. And especially our taxi driver Omar who took us places even on his days off. We also loved all of the entertainment crew very nice and friendly. Only bad thing which has nothing to do with the resort, the ocean was not pretty and we never went swimming in it. It had a lot of seaweed in it, so that was very disappointing, other than that everything else was great."
