"I can't rate this hotel highly enough. It is beautifully maintaned in a superb setting. Whoever designed the property is a genius. Every room faces the ocean. This is a spectacular place with an unpretentious vibe yet very elegant and understated ambience. The staff is friendly and professional at all times. A true gem!"

"Nice hosts, they waited for me to arrive lata at night and were very friendly. The rooms are cean and in good general condition. There are many charming details all over the place. The whole place is very authentic. It is perfect for relaxing and feel the Mayan vibe. Just for reference, I love treehouses."

"The customer service by the pool and restaurants are top notch amazing. Everyone so friendly and attentive. Pascual and his crew at the Spoon buffet were amazing. The ladies especially Nidelfia were so kind and always bringing us drinks and making sure we were comfortable. Great service. Beautiful resort. Coming back in December. Loved it. Also they have themes at the pools almost everyday. So even on weekdays you will have a DJ in the pool area so u can never be bored. "
