"Such a special place in the middle of the jungle. Cabins are gorgeous, food is included and delicious, so much to do - riding on the beach, surfing, zip line, hiking, birding, night walks. With a nightly happy hour and literally the kindest staff around, a gem in the middle of the OSA. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Cabinas Jiménez. The room we booked is no longer available, so the owner kindly resettled us into a different room with the panoramic view of the Golfo Dulce that we were looking forward to.
In addition to enjoying the beautiful view, we used the supplied kayaks to explore the mangroves and a deserted beach several times. We also used the supplied bicycles to explore the town of Puerto Jiménez and surrounding area.

Sloth Garden Tour was the best ever! Lots of wild sloths, fabulous guides who help yo take iPhone photos with their scopes!!
Great private truck tour - guide Katherine knew where everything lives, and took us right to them. Not much walking, exciting spotting, excellent photos!!
Fishing tour through Botanika was much better than one we booked in...

"We had a great 5 days at Iguana Lodge. The staff and owner were very friendly and responsive. The room was comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the kitchen and food aromas at times. The only downside to the property was the road leading from Puerto Jimenez to Iguana Lodge.
The beachfront and pool were wonderful. Very relaxing. Food was great but more options would have been nice a well. Morning breakfasts were great. "
