Entry area really needs painted, our bedroom could use some TLC, kitchen area needs structure, outside area in the back has lots of junk in it. Owner was very nice! "This was a wonderful place to stay on my first visit to PTown. Great location, amenities, service and comfortable/spacious room. The city is small so any location is likely convenient on Bradford or Commercial Streets. I prefer Bradford, given its proximity to the activity on Commercial without being right in the middle of it all. There are great restaurants all around. "The Benchmark was lovely. The morning break fast was perfect. We had room 7 and the view and the deck was lovely. Room was tiny it comfortable - not much room for luggage - I was on a long trip before so I just took out what I needed and left the rest in the car. Parking is tight - we were there in offseason - so could see how that could be an issue in the summer months. P-town was fantastic as well! "

Great B&B and nice town to visit on foot or bike
"This was a wonderful place to stay on my first visit to PTown. Great location, amenities, service and comfortable/spacious room. The city is small so any location is likely convenient on Bradford or Commercial Streets. I prefer Bradford, given its proximity to the activity on Commercial without being right in the middle of it all. There are great restaurants all around. The amenities included a heated pool, hot tub, as well as free bike rental, wine/cheese hour and hot breakfast. Crowne also has a spa that I didn’t get to experience but will definitely checkout on my next visit. The room was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. My only recommendation to the hotel would be to replace the love seat, chair and dresser in the den with a larger 3 seater or sectional sofa. I highly recommend for visitors a bike ride along the sea and through the sand dunes."
