The staff was so friendly across the entire stay. Everyone was fantastic! The room was clean and it was a lovely historical hotel, but the staff really went above and beyond. My only negative feedback is when I received my final invoice I was charged $12/day for valet service they do not provide. When I questioned the charge I was told I should have been charged $12/day for self parking instead. ...
