Friendly staff, everything you need as far as the room goes, incl aircon which was very welcome given it was 34 degrees that day. There was plenty of choice in the restaurant. Breakfast was fine. "We had a fabulous stay here.The property was beautiful & the included breakfast was top notch with food being constantly refreshed.The staff were all lovely and it felt like you mattered to them. Fantastic proximity to train station & U bahn making it easy to get around the city & transfer to the airport.(although we mainly walked everywhere) Despite it raining for 4 days whilst we were in Vienna, we loved the city and would definitely stay here again."
