The hotel was easy to find just a short walk from the underground line U1 very friendly staff very clean room The only down side no tea or coffee making facilities in the room Breakfast. Had a good continental selection

Nice hotel for the price. Great breakfast. It is quite a ways outside of the tourist area but easy to get there on the subway. Very limited restaurant selection near the hotel.

Was great to have a proper room part. Bathroom and toilet in different rooms. Great to have. Was warm From the ground, excelente at wintertime. All in one a good stay for few days. Bed Was comfortable to sleep.

I was given two room cards for my single room but only took on with me going out for supper. I was told to use the garage entrance after 8 pm. Unfortunately the key card did not work and I had to wait in front of the hotel for 90 min before a nice security guard let me in. Since it got dark and the area is not pleasant I felt very uncomfortable waiting. On a positive note the breakfast service was very pleasant. But please advice your guest to take always the two room keys and have a faster service to help guest that are locked out of the property.

Staff was nice. Location was good. Cleanliness was poor. The carpet in lobby on first floor had large stains. The TV probably had only one or two english channels. It was expensive for the quality provided.

The carpet in my room was disgustingly dirty! Rooms towards the street are rather loud (tram line, cars). Breakfast buffet, but don't expect anything special. Advantages: you can book on short notice with limited budget, metro station close by, friendly staff.

I never stayed there, due to the hotel's inflexible change/cancellation policy and Expedia's inability to assist me. Terrible, non- or awful-communicating management. Avoid unless you're prepared to engage in a dispute with the hotel management if you need to change the dates or cancel the reservation!

Easy when you know...

The check in closes at 8:00pm so we were provided with details to access a key safe. Things changed so we arrived early before the reception closed. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable, but there was no air con so think they will be very hot in summer. Breakfast was excellent. The location is very close to U1 so despite being further out, we were able to quickly get to the centre. When we left, we were told to just leave the card key in the room. We were a little worried if all would work, with no available staff, but it did.

Positive - breakfast was nothing to complain about. Rooms had dirty carpets and were hit due to no ac. So when we cracked the window we got a little better air flow, but unfortunately we were situated on the main road so the noise from the cars and trams kept us up. Would not stay here again. Reception closes at 8pm so hopefully you do not have any problems getting into your room after that time.
