"There’s no direct call to the lobby to reach a hotel clerk. I had to call the hotel off of my cell phone. The people next to me had a little kids up after 12:30 AM screaming and jumping as if it were 2:00 pm and dog was barking. Security did come up. I scanned the QR code on the TV to get the menu. A children’s menu came up and when me and my grandkids went downstairs to order they said that menu didn’t exist anymore and he handed me a menu that didn’t have options for kids. The hotel hallway smelled like marijuana. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. "
