Overall, my stay at this property in Plano was decent and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff and facilities were fine, but the only major issue I encountered was finding a cockroach in the restroom. Other than that pest issue which is common it Texas so no big deal the rest of the stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
