Grand Westside Manila Bay
Mostly the issue was there wasn't enough staff to handle the flow of people. The front was almost always over ran. Making simple tasks od requests a time consuming endeavor. No one seems to answer phones in any department. The grounds were clean and the room was adequate.

The Peninsula Manila
Everything about the hotel was five-star. I only wish that the lobby has an area to hang out. All seating areas are taken by the lobby restaurant.
