"Beautiful hotel, had a room upgrade which was appreciated. Lacked info about services. Spa online prices not updated therefore today’s prices are not reflected (massive increases). Breakfast nice, staff attentive. Large shower head not working neither was the coffee machine, no ordinary black tea left in the room on either day. Pool area lovely and great location in Pernera. "

"My wife and I had a very good experience. A nice and friendly receptionist welcomed us and we were quickly shown to the hotel room, which was nicely decorated. Everything seemed nice and clean. The relatively new hotel is located in central Ayia Napa with a reasonably short walking distance to the harbor and street with restaurants. The next morning we enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"We chose the Sunrise Beach for a couple of reasons and it did not disappoint.
Location: we wanted somewhere with beach access and close to restaurants and shops. It was perfect for this. Also walking distance to Fig Tree Beach was a bonus. Protaras is a lovely town with good nightlife, plenty of interesting shops and restaurants. Kids loved it.
Food: we went half board which included one night at each of the 5 affiliated restaurants. These were all excellent and far better than the onsite buffet restaurant. The food at the onsite restaurant was fine, but the service is chaotic and drinks are far too expensive. We would do breakfast only if we stayed again for longer than 5 or 6 nights. Make sure you book the restaurants as soon as you arrive to get the slots you want, same day bookings are not possible.
Pool: pools are nice but the outside ones are not heated in October and kids said they were too cold to use. Inside pool is heated but very small. Beach/sea is lovely so we didn’t really need the pools.
Sunloungers: you get assigned sunloungers for the duration of your stay which is nice but location choice is poor if the hotel is full. We only used our assigned ones once and the rest of the time we went to the beach and paid extra for ones there.

"Loved my stay. Hotel was amazing with brilliantly helpful staff. Accommodation was as advertised so immediately we could enjoy the holiday. We chose half board. Breakfast was a feast with so many options. Nothing too difficult. So many choices of restaurants included in the dinner options. Safe main road with plenty of shops, restaurants, fast food and bars. At back of the hotel was a promenade with amazing sea views and an alternative if you want to avoid the main road. Hotel loungers are assigned for the duration of stay so no arguing over loungers. "
"Clean hotel and very friendly staff. The food was varied and good enough, considering the decent value of the hotel. Entertainment was slightly repetitive on a day-to-day basis but did the job. Hotel is very well located relative to the beach and the main Protaras strip of shops and restaurants. Free use of tennis rackets and balls for the court which is easily accessible. Gym is small and has missing weights as other reviews state, but it’s clean, well air-conditioned, and has what you need for a small workout while away."
"The hotel is new, in a great location, only a short 5 min walk from the main Protaras strip and beaches.
The rooms are beautiful and very clean and the beds comfy. Lots of pillows too which was a nice touch. We also has a pull out sofa bed for the little one which was brilliant.
The receptionists Andria and Panayiotis were exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to facilitate our late check out which was greatly appreciated.
The porter at the front desk was very welcoming and helped unload our cases.
The lobby area is clean and very comfortable.
The dinning area chairs could do with a clean, and the staff in the restaurant seemed disjointed, miserable and not very attentive, the young Russian lad who served our drinks was very nice.
The food selection in the restaurant was good, usual all inclusive food, breakfast was excellent with fresh omelettes, pancakes etc.
Pool bar drinks have a really good selection and the all inclusive included ice frappe and late which was great.
The pool area could do with a few more bins or staff to regularly clear away plastic cups from the bedside tables as there were lots of wrappers and cups blowing around the floor (although this is also down to untidy guests).
The water slides and splash area was fantastic, the lifeguards on the slides were very friendly and kept the kids safe, only downfall was that it closed at 5pm.
Overall a fantastic hotel, would recommend and return.
