"Amazing stay at this hotel, we would 100% return. We booked a partial sea view room and were upgraded to a full sea view room which was a lovely surprise, the view was great and the room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the staff in the restaurant. We had the all inclusive package, all drinks are included and the lunch menu in particular was great. The ONLY thing I disliked about the experience was that people were actually running for sun beds on a morning when the pool opened at 8am. Not necessary the fault of the hotel but if you are going to stay here be aware of this."

"Overall, most of our stay was good value for money, and the majority of the staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the experience around the pool really let the stay down. The sunbed reservation system seems very flawed and was handled poorly by the pool staff. We were asked to move from beds that we had specifically been told to reserve because someone else had arrived there first. We were then directed to different beds, only to later be told we couldn’t stay there because those had been reserved by someone else. It was incredibly frustrating and felt very disorganised. The staff handling the situation didn’t seem to understand or consistently apply their own reservation system, which made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. On a much more positive note, Fishbone Restaurant was exceptional. The food was fantastic, and the restaurant itself was incredibly well run. The service, organisation and overall dining experience were a real highlight of our stay and deserve special recognition."

"the stay was overall good a few 'things that where no seen to - as follows :- Although cleaning was thorough the bedsheets where not changed The AC was switched off at times when needed and wouldn't switch on also the shower room/toilet extract was randomly switched off"

"For family with little children it was wanderfull experiance The staff and service was great! So welcoming and ready to help with anything The room size and maitenance suprised us for the best The location was wanderfull for us- close to good resturants and the beach. The vriaty of the food was very good specialy the fresh salads was great for me We had great time at the pool every day We would like to return again"
