"Great welcome and friendly staff. Lovely family room with stunning sea view. Characterful, slightly old fashioned with faded furniture that added to charm. Excellent food. Convenient parking. Location, location, location. "
"Great location for the Dockyards, Gunwharf Quays, and Spinnaker Tower. Reasonable walk (1mile) to Old Portsmouth and the remaining Bastion. A couple of pubs close by and the hotel bar is very pleasant. "

"My first stay at Gunwharf Holiday Inn. Lovely cozy hotel. Close to all restaurants, railway station and outlet shopping.
Hotel was clean, neat and tidy. The air conditioning wasn’t working but the staff accommodated us with 3 table fans . The weather was quite pleasant, so didn’t mind the air conditioning not working. Breakfast options were very good too.
Will definitely be visiting the hotel in the summer.
