"Brand new hotel, so a few snags here and there. No proper working space/desk in the room. TV placed parallel to the beds (not facing them). No minibar. Breakfast room poorly indicated and accessed after going up a flight of stairs. Right now the rooms are in perfect condition but might age not so well. Poor soundproofing with the road in front. Overall nothing horrible and a decent value-for-money proposition, but this property jas more potential than what it is achieving today."

"This guy s perhaps the nicest hotel in the UK I have ever stayed in. Every aspect mentioned scores a 10. Furthermore, the steak I ordered as room service was perhaps the best steak I’ve ever had in a hotel and also on a par with some of my favourite restaurants I’ve eaten in, during the last 5 years Room ready as soon as I arrived. "We only stayed the one night, but service was good. We got a free bottle of wine so that was a bonus. Easy access to Terminals as the sky bridge goes straight in front of entrance. Only disappointing bit was even thou we arrived at 4pm the restaurant was fully booked to 8.30pm - so only food option was the bar. But to be fair bar area was good and service too. So over all would recommend and we have stayed here many times with no issues."
