"The staff who attended to me were all welcoming and willing to provide help for all I needed. The hotel is located near the Piccadilly station, I walked for barely 5 minutes getting there. It's pretty much ambient, serene and equipped with basic amenities that make your stay enjoyable. I enjoyed the meals and the bar has virtually all you need for your relaxation. My room was clean as well, so was the bathroom/ toilet. To be honest, I can readily use that facility once I find myself in Manchester. Thank you for being great hosts."

"The breakfast was a little disappointing. A big standard hilton-esque buffet. The last time I stayed here the cooked breakfast was made to order so this is a disappointing direction. The room was clean and the hotel is lovely, interesting and quirky"
