"I was in a pod so it isn't going to be the Ritz. It was somewhere just to sleep and did it's job. Staff were fine but I didn't have much interaction with them as was basically sleeping and showering there. The cleaner was in the room every day but basically ignored my pod apart from day 2 out of 10. If you are looking for a cheap option for a decent sleep like I was it is perfectly acceptable. They have a room so you can take your own food to cook. I didn't use but saw there is a telly a book library, vending machine and microwave at least. It is right in the centre giving easy accss to everything and train station 2 minutes walk. Pizza place right at the door is decent"

"No hand soap in the bathrooms. Had to reach into the shower to get soap to wash our faces and hands after a day out in the city. We didn't appreciate the "Boom Boom Rap Music" coming up from "North 26" at 11 PM. Really not necessary. I don't know if North 26 is officially associated with The Bostonian but if it is, I'd relook that relationship. The restaurant is GREAT in the mornings though."

"Fantastic stay at this hotel. Stayed in one of the cabin rooms in the basement so knew we didn’t have a window but this was no problem at all; super large bed and very peaceful. Great location near the harbour and Quincy Market and the T from the airport is only 2 stops and takes you to the front door of the hotel…… perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, if you’re looking for a place to stay in Boston, I can highly recommend."
