"This is a great hotel! The location is perfect, the entire hotel is clean and modern, and the rooms are very nice. I love the fact they hace laundry machines in every floor and a Starbucks in the lobby."

"The hotel staff were fabulous, a big shout out to Danielle, Maria and Carlos...they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Danielle provided excellent information about the city and how best to get around. The hotel was in a great location and very clean. Rooms and bedding comfortable. The only con was the surprise fee of $20+ tax for amenities which was for water, apples and mints...none of which I wanted but nonetheless the cost was added on to our stay. I believe the fee should be removed or hidden - there should not be a surprise fee added on at check in, very unprofessional. "

"Staff was courteous and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and bed super comfy. Only downside was hotel undergoing some renovations and we were woken each morning by a hammer drill, no need to set your alarm though. Nice hotel bar with good drinks."
