"Jenny was such a warm and welcoming host. She greeted me on the day of check-in and kindly explained everything to me. I would see her looking after the place throughout the day, even when some guests didn’t clean after themselves after using the kitchen. Location is perfect, within walking distance to the downtown area but still quiet enough. All the guests were very considerate and I was able to catch up with some sleep in the morning after coming back from the tours at 2AM. "

"I’ve loved this hotel because they were incredibly helpful. My bag was lost and they didn’t care what time day or night I checked to see if it had been delivered and it was there. They would call a cab immediately and it would be there within two minutes when we needed one. Using the steam room and sauna after being out in the cold was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. The room was large, spacious and also had a desk where we could work. I would stay there again."

"Check in was easy, even with our flight being delayed until 1:30am. The staff was wonderful! Our luggage unfortunately didn’t make it to Yellowknife, so the staff provided us with the toiletries we needed. The elevator was down for a couple of days, so climbing up 4 flights of stairs became a little annoying. There were som questionable homeless people in the area, but there was security at all hours in the hotel and they were honestly harmless compared to what we deal with in LA. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go as it was central to a lot of restaurants and stores. Overall, it was a great stay for what we paid compared to the other properties in the area. Property was clean, staff was friendly and it was pretty central to everything we wanted to check out. I would recommend it over all. "
