The price was good. Jennie was very nice. There was no in room TV. The available shared kitchen was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. Jennie was there if any questions came. Id stay there again.

Great little place in the city-centre

Jenny's is a small room with a shared bathroom located in a clean house adjacent to the city-centre of Yellowknife (walking distance). Clean room and no complaints. Host stayed up late to wait for me as my flight was delayed at arrival. Can recommend this room without hesitation.

Jenny herself is great to work with, and went out of her way to accommodate me when I couldn't leave for the airport for hours after checkout. However, the walls are super thin; I could hear everything in the room next door. There's a shortage of towels, not to mention no washcloths, and no good place to hang wet towels to dry and reuse. There was no good place (no folding suitcase stand) to put my suitcase and no drawers to put my clothes away. The kitchen was well-appointed, however, and had everything I needed. In short, a towel rack, a suitcase stand, and insulated walls would make a world of difference.
