"I did not actually stay at this property. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to urgently leave Tijuana and attempted to cancel this reservation within minutes of booking. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide any flexibility and strictly enforced a non-refundable policy. I fully understand that policies exist — that’s not the issue. But when a guest requests a cancellation literally within one minute, there is clearly room for basic human judgment and exception handling. Choosing to hide behind policy in a situation like this says a lot about the level of the property. It reflects a very rigid, profit-first approach rather than genuine hospitality. This experience alone is enough for me to never consider staying here. I would strongly recommend being extremely careful when booking this property. If anything changes in your plans — even immediately — don’t expect any understanding or support. Very disappointing experience."

"I had such a beautiful stay at this hotel—honestly, it felt like a hidden gem. The Spanish-style interior design was absolutely stunning, with so many charming details that made the space feel warm and inviting. I especially loved all the greenery throughout the property—it gave everything a peaceful, almost magical vibe. The landscaping was gorgeous, and having both an indoor and outdoor pool made it feel like a little oasis. Being right in front of the beach was the cherry on top—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. I stayed in a corner room, which was super spacious and comfortable. It really elevated the whole experience. I also recommend dining at the hotel—the bar had a great atmosphere, and the food was genuinely good. Overall, I had such a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway."

"Plenty of parking, nice spacious and clean rooms. Pool and small gym both free for guests, plus breakfast and spa( extra fees ) if needed. Staff always very curtious, well dressed and pleasant to speak with."
