There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."

"Hotel má velice krásnou polohu na kopci. Výhledů jsem se nemohla nabažit, z každé strany je k vidění něco zajímavého: rozhledny, město, letiště. Opravdu hezké místo. Pokoje čisté a pěkné, já měla balkon a ten byl také fajn. Personál jsem zažila dvě směny. Jedna byla profi fajn, ale druhá nic moc. Unylá slečna na snídani a paní recepční, co v pracovní době učí žáky cizí jazyk či co a když ho neučí, tak si povídá s unylou slečnou, že už jsem na snídaní dost dlouho a že snad už půjdu. "I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."

"Hotel romance was a wonderful place to stay in Karlovy Vary. It was a little difficult to get there from the train station as you had to take a bus and then walk down to the hotel. Apple Maps gave us the wrong directions, and we climbed a huge set of stairs and then walk down the street to the same place. However, after getting their list, app could not have been nicer. The breakfast food was delicious and I had a wonderful massage."

"we really pleased with hotel and we wish we stayed more days in Atlantic palace. price we pay we felt five star. Rooms really clean and cozy. everything is close to this hotel and breakfast was really nice and fifth floor with nice view. Thank you hotel Atlantic palace "

"Great property. Beautiful exterior. Lovely dining hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Very close to the bus and train stations and walkable to rest of Karlovy Vary. I would definitely stay here again."

"Perfectly located for all the sights in Karlovy Vary. There is an excellent pizza place right next door which is a must try! The hotel is beautifully decorated, it feels very luxurious. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good. I would have liked a bit more choice but what they serve is tasty. The rooms (we stayed in a standard room facing the back of the building) was lovely and large with a modern feel. The TV streams netflix, prime and a few more. We spent a couple of hours in the spa every day which is gorgeous. Lovely warm pool and two saunas to enjoy. It can get abit busy and there are not many seats but we didnt mind as we just went between the pool and sauna. We will definitely come back to Boutique hotel corso if we return to KV! "
