"Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, and our room was kept clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the added sense of security provided by the key card access required to reach the guest room floors.
Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was a comfortable size. The pub on the main floor had a great atmosphere, with stylish décor, a welcoming ambiance, and attentive staff.
The complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of food and was enjoyable overall. However, during busy periods, the staff were a little slow to replenish the food trays, which resulted in guests having to wait for certain items.
The only suggestion I would make to improve the overall guest experience would be to update the carpeting in the hallways. The carpets were wavy and uneven in places and appeared somewhat dated. Refreshing them would enhance the overall appearance and quality of the hotel.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again."
"Eveything was great. I don’t really post reviews but I was weirded out by the hotel policy of how they are not able to sell something out from the pantry late at night and is closed. When I asked if there was any vending machines I was told there’s none, however I ended up in 5th floor and found one, however it was not working. The hotel is very big I think there should be a lot of vending machines. And another note, just a suggestion that the creamers in the room should be kept inside the fridge cause it will go bad, if not kept in. Even though they kept in there in the same day, if no one checks in to the room, I bet the creamers will still be out. It will still be spoiled even if it has a far expiration date. "
"Excellent room. Very clean. Rooms are starting to show their age; especially bathrooms as baseboards are a bit shabby. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. This is our “go to” place to stay and we will definitely be back!"
