The breakfast was good minus the boiled eggs they were not good at all. The rooms were outdated but pretty clean and the room we stayed in had a very odd cut out in the wall that was covered with ply wood. Overall it was a good experience and the staff were very friendly.

The staff were great! But when we went to our room it was freezing cold. The AC was set at 7°c and it’s the middle of winter in Alberta… we parked near an entrance to our room and walked all the way and down the stairs just to find out the door is locked. Card made the light flash green but it was locked from the inside. We had to load our kids up, walk all the way back and then drive to a different entrance. They could have at least had a sign saying the door was locked or something. The breakfast area was also very small and we had to sit in the hallway.

I’ve stayed in this hotel before and loved it but this time the beds were very hard and it was noisy. Breakfast is good and the staff are great. The lobby is open and inviting. Will stay there again but ask for softer beds.
