"We had a lovely three-night stay at Paradores Ferrol. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room overlooked the bay and the galleria balcony was such a treat. Martha at the front desk was efficient and warm-hearted, as was her colleague on night duty. I was not feeling very well into the second day and they went over and beyond to help. I truly appreciate their kindness. "

"Hotel is all right but is very bare with minimal amenities. Remember to bring your own tissue, hair conditioner. Note also that there are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room or in common areas. The lamp, air-con and telephone in our first room didn’t work. They were kind enough to change our room. "Our stay at Casa Lourido was amazing. Mercè was so welcoming and accommodating. The room and bathroom were super clean. Even in the heatwave, we slept well at night with the window open. The gardens around the indoor yard are gorgeous and there is plenty of seating to enjoy the nature. The breakfast was generous and delicious.
