By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. We did not buy breakfast, not sure if this is possible, but there is a supermarket 600meter from the appartment and you can use the kitchen to do your own breakfast (or meals in general)"

"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. "Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was an excellent selection of items with some hot options too. Car park was large and had very easy access. Walk into town took about 6 mins and not too steep at all really. Delightful stay!"
