A nice property that with some tweaks could be really lovely. For instance there wasn’t a single vegetarian offering on the menu nor could we get a recommendation for a place to eat. Do four nights of driving around searching for food with little help from the hotel. We researched it and found an amazing place 10 minutes away which the staff at the desk knew about! So why didn’t they suggest it? A nice breakfast but flies were everywhere making us want to dine and dash. Wi-Fi almost didn’t ever work except at front desk. We were 3 people and received 2 tiny bottles of water upon arrival but no more. Fix these kinds of inconveniences and we’d consider returning so we can go back to the amazing vegetarian restaurant nearby!

Hotel muy bonito. El claustro y pasillos alrededor parece un museo de arte. A mejorar limpieza habitación (baño), mantenimiento habitación (enchufe descolgado) y no llamar al cliente a la habitación a las 18h para preguntar si necesita algo, cuando ha entrado a las 16h y puede estar echando la siesta después de una jornada intensa de visitas.

A pesar de que el alojamiento nos parece muy bonito, lo que es obvio, nuestra estancia no fue tan buena por el personal. Nos hicieron sentir incómodos. Nos mezclaron las toallas sin cambiarlas por unas nuevas y sin poder identificar flde quién es cada una (las personas pueden tener alergias), bajamos personalmente a pedir una nuevas y nunca nos las trajeron. Por otro lado el recepcionista de la noche nos trató mal pidiéndonos el número de la habitación de unas formas un tanto clasistas, poniéndonos caras como si nos estuviéramos colando. No había aparcamiento en el parking y no tuvimos otra que aparcar en plaza de eléctricos (muchos coches estaban mal aparcados en medio de la rotonda etc...) Y nos dijo de despertarnos si venía un coche eléctrico sin darnos opción a aparcar en otro lugar y sin aceptar las llaves en tal caso. Nos hizo incómoda la noche. No es el trato que uno debe recibir en un hotel con tal categoría.

Un lugar moderno, tranquilo y de lujo

El hotel es muy bonito, la comida en el restaurante de lujo y la atención en ambos sitios fue perfecta. El único inconveniente es que pagamos una villa con vistas al río y si bien está cara al río, no tiene vistas pues está a ras de suelo, sería mejor cambiar la descripción, igualmente la villa era muy amplia, moderna y limpia. Para el SPA reservar con antelación o podría estar todo reservado.
