"Property was clean and as a family we felt safe staying there. Room was a nice size and our stay there was good. The parking outside was often difficult to find spaces and due to permit holder restrictions 4:30pm-6:30pm you have to lose your space every day you stay. If you have a large vehicle you need to park I would not recommend any accomodation in this area. Not the fault of the owner though and if you don't require parking for a large vehicle it's a fine accomodation."

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. "We were so lucky this hotel had a free room on the evening when our overnight ferry was cancelled with only a few hours notice. I had travelled seven hours by train and there hadn’t been a buffet cart on it so by the time I arrived I was thirsty and hungry.The very kind gentleman at reception gave me the bedroom keys , fresh milk for my cuppa tea and some breakfast cereal! The room was great with a fan and very comfy bed. We didn’t have the breakfast as we had to leave at 6 am to catch the new ferry. The free car park was great and secured Portsmouth is a pretty expensive place to stay but we felt we had good value as we do appreciate kindness, clean rooms and a comfy bed! We will be back another time to see the Mary Rose Museum and HMS Victory…. Portsmouth is a great place to learn more about naval history, great shops and Brasserie Blanc for supper was formidable!( a great start to our French holiday)"

"A Lovely Stay in the Heart of Town ❤️ From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Every receptionist spoke really good English, which made everything so easy, and they always greeted us with a lovely smile. 😊 The hotel is in the heart of the town, which is very convenient for exploring and getting around. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable, so we had a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was okay and had enough choices to start the day. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the warm and friendly service from all the reception staff. I would happily stay here again. 😊"
