"Overall below average stay. The only reason I wouldn’t go lower is because the bed was comfortable. Large sections of the laminated flooring in the room was coming up. Coffee pot was dirty and only had one caffeinated serving. Shower was COLD! Common areas looked like an amateur did the painting, decorating, etc. Also, my wife and I tried having a few drinks outside overlooking the River - nope, the stench of marijuana was overwhelming. Would not recommend."

"Absolutely awful property. Was given a room that smelled like vomit and was filthy, with visible dirt on the floor and walls. Two tiny pillows were placed on a bed that looked lived in. It was unacceptable and we were given the last available room. We, two nonsmokers, were placed in a smoking room so thick with the odor, we could barely stand it. Bed was fairly hard with two tiny, inadequate pillows and a thin sheet. The walkways and stairwells were filthy and smelled of urine and unstable with rusted stair treads. On a positive note, the WiFi, shower, TV and A/C worked well."

"I had a solid stay at Your Stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and the staff was respectful and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The location was convenient for getting around Chesapeake and nearby areas. For the price, it was a good experience and I’d definitely consider staying again if I’m back in the area."

"one of the bedsheets smelled and we were out of conditioner. We stayed 3 nights & nothing was ever done. Also you have to pay for parking"

"We were happy to be able to check in early. The walls are very thin. The neighbor and room was very loud. I think this has to do with the fact that there is no carpet in this hotel, not in the rooms or in the hallways. The room was nice large, spacious, and comfortable. Due to the better chain of hotels I was disappointed there was not a shuttle service to the downtown area."
