"It was just an Ok property. Location is good. Breakfast was far away and not very good. Street was very loud, because it was right in the middle of town. Beach far away. No windows. Poor ventilation. Staff was good. I would not go back, though. There was no telephone to call when I arrived. I asked nearby and they told me to go to the next location and ask. I had to call for the staff to come and help me. All very confusing."

"I had a wonderful experience at Palazzo Indelli. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic area of Monopoli. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and has a beautiful, lively atmosphere. I also really appreciated all the help and kindness I received from the reception staff. They were very welcoming and made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Palazzo Indelli to anyone visiting Monopoli."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Fiscaiolo! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the historic centre, making it incredibly easy to explore everything on foot. Our room was an average size for Italy, but the layout was very well thought out, so it felt comfortable and manageable. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was definitely appreciated after some hot days exploring. A huge bonus is having access to a washer and dryer if you need to do a load of laundry during your stay. The rooftop patio was another highlight — the perfect spot to sit with a drink and take in the beautiful views overlooking the water. One thing to note for anyone with mobility issues: there are stairs to reach the accommodation, and you’ll need to carry your luggage up, so this is something to keep in mind when booking. Our host, Marcello, was extraordinarily helpful, incredibly responsive, and made the entire stay so easy. We would absolutely recommend Palazzo Fiscaiolo and would happily stay here again!"

"The room we had ( Carlos v) was in an excellent location looking out to the see and harbourside from balcony and terrace. The cushions on terrace are fading from a season in the sun but apart from this fantastic. The room was serviced daily with bed changes etc. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was really good although you have to navigate some steep narrow steps up there. The view from the restaurant is brilliant."

"Room was clean, had a tub not shower so that is something to consider getting in and out of when bathing. Booked here for the beach which is right across the street. Sandy beach, hotel provides you with towels and there is a bar next to the beach where you can get a bite to eat and have lunch on the beach. Very reasonable. The two ladies who took care of the rooms and breakfast were so lovely. Asked for more towels and it wasn't a problem. There are stairs to get to your rooms , no elevator, so you are carrying your luggage up a few flights of stairs. There is a roof top terrace with chaira to relax in afternthe beach and a hot tub. Also, owner did set up someone to pick us up at train station and bring us back when we had to leave. You must pre arrange this and give a few days notice as you cannot get a taxi when you come out of the train station. About 10 to 15 minutes walking to restaurants and shops. You feel safe walking at night."
