This is such a perfect location. You are in the city center. Everything is walkable. Staff was kind, respectful, and helpful, especially Emily! They offered luggage storage and we were able to explore the city while waiting for check in. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property right in a heart of Porto! Spacious rooms with gorgeous architectural details, directly across from most famous outdoor Bolhão market. Walking distance to a lot of historical spots as well as the Douro riverfront. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and very helpful with suggestions. The room included a parlor with pullout couch - perfect if traveling with small kids, spacious and bright bedroom/living room space, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer!

The apartment was nicely furnished and nice and central. Felt upmarket for the price. However, my room didn’t have a table, bed side table or chair to put my stuff on, so my suitcase and clothes had to go on the floor. There was also loud plumbing that woke me up a number of times. I would stay with the company again but I wouldn’t stay in that room again.

I would absolutely recommend this stay to anybody. I traveled from the United States and the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. I can’t say enough good things about the apartment itself, and the staff. Beautiful. Perfect location in Porto. Reception is 24 hours. I hope to come back soon. Thank you YOUROPO!

Location, communication and value…. can’t rave about this place any more… there are only 14 units in the building and 24h access to someone to help you, so I’ve felt safe and taken care of my entire time here. Very spacious compared to other hotels in the area. Next time I come to Porto I’d definitely book here again!

The staff were wonderful and even allowed me to check in early as i arrived into thc city in the morning. Easy WhatsApp communication to know when the room was ready. The room was airy, spacious and had an excellent view of the Bolhao market. The apartment was well-equipped and spotless.

Beautiful historic building close to everything. Was a mix up with the booking. I had booked a bed with a sofa bed from Canada for 2 travellers but on arrival there were no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. The host said in Europe you have to specifically request a second bed. They brought a comfortable cot up right away and set it up for us. The apartment was clean and had very nice amenities. Would stay here again
