We were booked in Torel palace hotel for our stay. 2 days prior to our visit I received a message that room for our booking was not available but they will accommodate us in their sister facility. We arrived in Porto and we were moved 3 times. From torel palace they moved us to other facility. No room was available at facility either then they moved us to apartments that was 10 minutes away . Hotel charged full price first then they informed us we are being moved to the apartments. Terrible experience. We were tired , exhausted. We paid full price and did not enjoy the facility that we paid for. I do not recommend to book with this hotel.

Awesome Hotel

The hotel and room were beautiful and clean and the staff wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic too. I can’t imagine a nicer and more accommodating stay.

Fabulous Stay

The staff of this hotel truly make it a 5 star experience. From the welcome drink and delicious cookie to the incredible breakfast it was a fabulous experience. My only negative was the small closet and lack of drawers in the room, otherwise it was a perfect stay in a beautiful room.
