I wasn’t going to write a review but the way the customer service was I have no choice. What an awful experience and even worse customer service! It was our honeymoon and we were excited to stay here. The room looked clean and lovely and they even put roses out for us which we greatly appreciated. However, when we returned from dinner the room was so incredibly hot and uncomfortable they didn’t allow ac even though it was in the description and only had heat which was blasting. When we asked for help the front desk never came up to assist only what’s app’s us and basically said there’s nothing to do. When we opened the windows the noise from the local club was insanely loud and unbearable to keep open, which honestly didn’t make a difference. And the beds! I can’t believe they charge for people to stay on those beds. Hard as a rock and cheap sheets and materials, it was so miserable. They tried to offer another room that had the same issues then wouldn’t refund us on a stay we didn’t have. We left in the middle of the night and had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Palace who treated us like kings!! I’m all for supporting local businesses and boutiques hotels but prim and proper was the worst part of our trip. Expedia didn’t help the situation either!

Good location, close to transport links and walkable to main sights. Excellent hotel & staff. In particular the breakfast staff. Lots of fresh breakfast options (Take your pick and choose your breakfast) Room excellent size and very clean. Only minor ' could haves' ; a few more shelves for clothes in the storage cupboard and a coat stand or hooks for the wet coats? Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

The room was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. Loved the lighting and décor. There was no terrace or balcony as advertised but this didn't really matter as there was plenty of space and we visited at a cooler time of year. Breakfast was nice and everything prepared upon request, although it wasn't totally clear what was available to have so we just had to go off the suggestions of staff, this felt a little odd. The location is on the edge of the city centre but it's easy to walk anywhere really, it is at the top of a hill so be prepared for that (Porto is a very hilly city). On the whole I'd definitely recommend the hotel, particularly on account of the beautiful, comfortable, clean room - possibly one of the nicest i've ever stayed in.

Perfect place in Porto.
Fantastic hotel. We had an amazing experience and would love to stay again. Had no idea how special the location was going to be. The incredible breakfast and amaaaaaaaazing coffee / cappuccino was included unexpectedly making it also a wonderful value. Top notch all-round. Location was perfect. So close to train and bus and there are a ton of spectacular restaurants right on the same block and all around. Staff were also so friendly and helpful!

Wir haben 3 Nächte in Suit 2.2 verbracht. Wir hatten leider ein dreckiges Handtuch im Zimmer beim Check-in. Das man von der Toilette aus direkt auf das Bett schauen konnte ist auch nicht ideal. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, Schminken war kaum möglich bei dem Licht. Zum Glück hatte ich einen kleinen Spiegel dabei so das ich mich am Fenster beim Tageslicht schminken konnte. Beim Waschbecken gibt es keine Ablagefläche, es war viel zu eng. Wir haben die Kommentare bzgl. Frühstück nicht nachvollziehen können. Das was serviert wurde war wirklich lächerlich. Schade, dass wir dafür Geld ausgegeben haben. Entweder hat der Koch gewechselt oder wir hatten einfach Pech. Die Lage war okay. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal wählen - wir waren leider nicht zufrieden.
