If you are visiting Porto with a car this is the place to stay. Easy parking. Close to the old city. We drive into the old Porto at night and got lucky with parking but if I had to do it again I would uber it in and walk around. The sunset from this property is stunning. Stunning over the Atlantic. Hotel was very comfortable.

Room booked was not as advertised. Safe was broken and had to wait to get it fixed. AC did not work in the room. The sink and shower did not drain properly. The toilet stopped flushing, we let front desk know before we went for dinner and they said it would be fixed. When we got back, nothing was done and the person at the front seat did not know anything. There was a bug in the bed. We asked for a refund and was going to book another hotel and they wouldn’t refund us. Did not compensate for anything. Not worth the money to stay there and would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Nice location close to Porto. Fantastic breakfast. Silent hotel with walking distance to arrabida shopping centre. You cant walk over the closest bridge Ponte de Arrábida when going to porto. Bolt is cheap, take bolt over the bridge and walk the rest. I really recommend the hotel for familys.

Overall good. With Uber also very practical to reach the old city or sea shore. Breakfast crowded and no wi-fi in room for 2 days, but this is minor inconvenience. Kids loved the pool.

We have stayed at Novotel before. Breakfast is always on point and with 2 hunger teenagers a must. We also had an issue with the size of the bed as they had been advertised. The management simply gave us a second room at no cost to fix the issue. We’ll stay again for sure.

Nice family hotel with pool and helpful staff!

Nice hotel with swimming pool! Perfect for families! Close to city center and tourist attractions. Polite and helpful staff! Special thanks to Carlos and others at the reception desk for their assistance during our stays! Important tips for those will stay here: Do not rely on Google Maps if you want to walk back to hotel from city. It suggests a way that does not exist for pedestrians! (on the highway) Get a taxi/uber/bolt if you can instead! :-)

The bathrooms are particularly dirty, sink didn’t really drain, and shower wasn’t exactly hot. Even stained furniture in the room. Air conditioning wasn’t cold. This isn’t a 4-star hotel.

Inget gym som de står på hotels hemsida. Frukost buffe var så bra. Maten över lag kan verkligen rekommenderas. Jättefint hotell och trevlig personal. Om man ska ge lite ris så behöver poolområdet en uppfräschning med lite målning, plattorna samt poolsängar. Poolområdet behöver städas varje dag. De gjordes inte tyvärr.
