The staff was friendly and the hotel was close to major city sites, just a short uber ride away. However, the breakfast was terrible, the WiFi was shut off for guests, the elevator was small and there was ants in the bathroom.

Great Hotel Stay for the Money

Great hotel! The staff go above and beyond - kind, friendly and professional! They have a really nice family lounge area. It's in a great location - super walkable, across the street from El Corte Ingles and the muni station.

The staff at the front desk were AMAZING. The woman hosting breakfast not so much. The room was great but we did have ants… on the 5th floor. Location top notch and parking was great but pricey. I would stay here again though.
