"We stayed in a bungalow at this campsite and it was great! It was quite hot during the day without aircon or a fan, but thankfully it cooled down quite a lot in the evenings so having a window open was fine. "Modern hotel-resort. Interiors were impressive. The balconies attached to the rooms were very superb! Beds were extremely comfortable and the A/C system easy to maneuver which is also a plus. Very clean hotel, modern, WIFI was super fast. Breakfast was delicious with wide array of choices! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Downside was the pool, the water was very cold, and the parking, which they didn't offer free parking. Overall, lovely hotel and worth the price."

"A great Boutique hotel in a quiet area. Super clean! Pool area very peaceful. Breakfast is very good and was happy with the Bar food and the fact they had dinner . Staff was attentive. Walk to beach, town and other sights very convenient. The only negatives for me was the very cold pool and lack of toiletries ( only had body wash) . Robes would also be a good addition to the room. Overall fantastic little spot if you want something out of the hustle . Would visit again."

"Firstly, and this is important to note, do NOT worry or be concerned with hideous, abandoned building adjacent to property. Villa Doris is EXCELLENT! Building is safe, very clean and apartments were spacious and AC ran well. It has very basic decor, but comfortable. Enjoyed having full kitchen. But the best thing is the location! Steps from front door is Praia Dona Anna as well as the boardwalk which you can hike to many stunning viewpoints all along the way to the lighthouse. If you walk in the other direction, you can see more beaches and end up in old town. Hotel is very close to a full grocery store, but there is a mini mart at the corner. Do note that website lists laundry as an amenity. They charge per item! Instead, drive to local grocery store Spar (5mins away). Next to grocery entrance is a coin laundry. The only other negative is albeit a very safe underground garage, the spaces and turns are very tight and can be very difficult to park."
