"The staff were excellent. Friendly & helpful with a seamless and quick check-in and check-out. The room facilities also excellent. Where I think it comes up slightly short is the pool was very warm and shallow and not at all refreshing. The pool area is lovely with plenty of beds and enough space to not have people very close to you. The breakfast buffet was nice but only had one very dry bacon every day which seemed like turkey bacon? It wasn’t very nice. I also think it is the only 5 star...

"The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. "This is our 5th stay at this hotel. The best thing is tge staff, right from the receptionists to the cleaners and everyone in between, they are always smiling. The food is varies but lots of pork and fish. The swardfish is delicious. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. My only niggle is the sharp corners on the bathroom sink top that is very close to the door. "A very luxurious and calming experience for our first visit to Mallorca. The hotel has a lot of thoughtful small touches (thick beach towels, lovely soaps), great parking, and a very restful and delightful ambience. Breakfast had a glorious amount of options. Stunningly pretty, old olive trees on the property and sheep and goats grazing in the distance. Would highly recommend!
