"It’s a great hotel for families with children. Was there on a holiday weekend and it was busy so having one elevator not working was a pain then the next day the second elevator was not working and being on the 5th floor was really hard walking up the stairs, thankfully It was only out for a few hours.
They had cold ice water out a couple times by the front desk, it would have been nice if they had that everyday.
The breakfast was ok, the orange juice and cranberry juice was out the first day.
Location was ok, if you want to be closer to the harbor and restaurants Hilton Garden Inn is right across the street from the harbor."
"This issue may have all ready been resolved but when we visited the garage was under repair , not well lit and very scary to walk through at night. Other than that the hotel was in a perfect location and the free shuttle was an unexpected surprise!"
"Great location! Clean hotel with nice views of the area. Nice rooms wee had a king bed with a pull out sofa. It’s great if you have children. We didn’t have the breakfast but many others did… it smelled good … we opted out for lobster rolls and oysters!!"
"Just okay, guest services staff a bit aloof. Can’t beat the location in the heart of the old port. Comfortable bed. Room service closed too early. Nothing in the minibar fridge. Walls are surprisingly thin. I expected more from the Regency."
