Should be a 3* hotel

Friendly staff, quick check in. Had a balcony room , simply furnished but very clean and comfortable bed. Bar, breakfast room which was excellent fresh fruit, small jot plate, continental choices, cales pastries. Rice, soya, almond , no lactose milk available and gluten free bread rolls Clean inside swimming pool in -level 2 quiet and relaxing Hotel should be 3* central location in quiet residential atea with nice local reaturant Quinteira 3 mins walk and Pomba cafe

Great hotel in a quiet location

The staff at this hotel were fantastic. They were all very friendlt and helpful. The fruit at breakfast time looked like it had seen fresher days, but there was a good selection of other breakfast items for those who eat meat and dairy. The room was a great size, cleaned daily and the balcony was great. The location has a residential and local feel and is about 10 minutes drive to Praia Da Rocha.

The room was cleaned, the front desk people lovely. However everything besides were difficult. Limited parking lot , the coffee machine baby cups with high price. I didn’t find a decent place to have breakfast or dinner near by. I suggest that this hotel should offer breakfast to the guests as it would get a better reviews.

Just what we needed

Stayed here for a festival so it was close by and we would get an Uber for 4 euros to the main bit. Everything was fine, only down side was a few staff members were very very unnecessarily rude (2 men in particular- ladies were all nice). Like I would ask a simple question and get so much attitude back and loud sighing like I am a massive burden. But apart from that it did the job! Rooms actually bigger than the pics and we got a big balcony which I wasn’t expecting

El hotel está dividido en dos edificios y estás todo el rato subiendo y bajando escaleras pasando de un edificio al otro. No es cómodo ni práctico. Tendrían que abrir una puerta en el segundo edificio para ser más eficientes. Dispone de una piscina interior que nadie usa al menos en verano.

Atendimento rápido e desburocratizado. Atendente simpático e atencioso. Instalações limpas e arrumadas. Ar condicionado e Wi-Fi funcionando. Pequeno almoço satisfatório. Piscina no sub-solo meio estranha: totalmente fechada (sem ventilação natural) e sempre à sombra não é problema, para mim, porque não a uso. Hospedei-me duas vezes. Conveniente por estar próximo ao centro da cidade. Hospedei-me 2 vezes. Voltarei pela relação preço/localidade/qualidade.

Localização próximo ao centro e distante da praia. Atendimento rápido e simpático. Atenderam o meu pedido para consertar a ducha. Wi-Fi em todas as instalações. Não há sol na piscina. Pequeno almoço mais que suficiente. Uma única tomada no dormitório, afastada da cama. Preço justo.

Boa estadia.

Gostei do hotel, tudo limpo, os empregados simpáticos, o pequeno almoço com muita variedade, só houve um pequeno senão, a televisão não funcionou, liguei para a recepção e disseram que devia ser do tempo, por isso não podiam fazer nada. Mas no geral tudo muito bom.

Todo bien pero le falta aislamiento acústico. La puerta tiene un hueco muy grande en la parte inferior y se oye mucho todo. Además, la ducha apenas tiene presión y cuesta un poco aclararse bien el pelo. Desayunó bien, aparcamiento genial.

Hôtel pas refait depuis les années 1970. Aucune déco, très austère et triste. Très peu de mobilier dans la chambre, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, pour aller petit-déjeuner il faut passer par la piscine intérieure avec ses chaussures (hygiène !!!!!!) Quand j'ai pris un seul bain il y avait du papier toilette qui flottait. Le petit déjeuner est correct seul point positif. Il est noté qu'il y a des produits d'hygiène à disposition, oui 2 savons non renouvelés et juste un distributeur de produit de douche 1er prix (cassé de surcroît). Les prix de l'hôtel affichés sont exorbitants (230 eur la single !!!!!). L'hôtel se trouve au milieu de HLM et le parking gratuit de l'hôtel n'existe pas, il suffit d'aller se garer au milieu des HLM, les enfants s'amusent en trotinette à la fraîche devant les parents entre les voitures stationnées (coups, rayures etc...). La personne qui nous a reçue, le gérant ??? aucun sourire au départ, très fermé, nous sentons que nous ne sommes pas bienvenus. La climatisation date de plusieurs dizaines d'années. Le coffre fort est en fait un coffre sans serrure (barillet) qu'il faut récupérer à l'accueil contre 21 euros de caution, tout ce qui est mentionné sur la publicité est détourné en hôtel de luxe (joue sur les mots, parking de l'hôtel, coffre fort, télévision avec chaines satellites (télévision posée sur un meuble en parallèle au lit, facile à regarder 😂). Aucun plan de la ville à l'hôtel, aucune explication, bref !!! Un hôtel qui ne mérite aucune
