Staff was fine. I was in room 2344. To get hot water in the sink or shower, I had to have the hot water on fully in both and then wait several minutes. After that, the temperature would still not stay constant. I handled it OK, but I expect more from Hyatt Regency.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Hot-tub, swimming pool and sauna were with the family! Breakfast was nice, but could with come variety. Location is good - close to strip mall with lots of restaurants and bus transit center.
